During this period, the Summum Hotel Group continued its expansion by adding two new hotels in Palma, in addition to the establishment of Roiback.
In 2015, after five years of success, Roiback was acquired by Hotelbeds Group. In the same year, three new hotels were added to the chain (two in Mallorca and one in Medellín, Colombia).
During these years, the chain continued its growth by integrating two hotels and a restaurant: Virrey Finca Hotel, Summum Prime Boutique Hotel, and La Greppia Marivent Restaurant. In 2019, the sale of Hilton Garden & Suites Hotel was finalized.
In 2020, the second La Greppia Paseo Mallorca restaurant was inaugurated. Subsequently, NeuroHomes (real estate promoter) and Bonsol Ventures were established. In 2022, La Greppia Puerto Portals restaurant was integrated into the chain.
La Greppia Avenidas joined. In the same year, Belle Marivent Mediterranean Petit Hotel and LJs Ratxó became part of the family. Also in 2023, a partnership was formalized with the emerging hotel chain 1881 Hotels, resulting in the addition of three new hotels.
